We offer specialist one-to-one wellbeing sessions for your employees as an add-on to your existing policies, initiatives and external support providers such as EAPs.

1-6 session model

Offering a highly personal approach, a manager or business owner can refer someone for just one or up to six virtual sessions to support an employee on a range of issues such as:

-Where someone is experiencing one or more significant life events and is finding it difficult to cope such as pregnancy and childbirth, onset of illness or injury, menopause, traumatic experience, moving house, financial difficulties, separation and divorce, death and bereavement.

-Where there is a suspected risk of domestic abuse
